Saracens Amateur RFC

We are the Saracens U12 team welcoming all new budding rugby players to our group. We train at Bramley Road, Southgate every Sunday normally between 10am and 12pm (training and match timings may vary).

We also travel to rugby festivals and welcome other mini rugby teams to our ground on a regular basis.

Player safety and enjoyment is paramount, both to Saracens and the RFU. Children are introduced to more features of the full game as they progress through the age groups. This approach means that the children can be focused on enjoying a team sport without having to learn a lot of complex rules first. It also means that the more the physical aspects of the game are introduced in a highly controlled manner.

We follow the U12 New Rules of Play as set out by the RFU and the children are coached by RFU qualified coaches a number of whom have achieved Level 1 or Level 2 status.
