2. No fly hacking, hand / fend-offs and high tackles are permitted at any age group. Please note referees have been asked to penalise and stop high tackles, unsportsmanlike behaviour and verbal abuse, whether directed at referees or players.

3.There will be no conversions at U11 or U12 levels.

4. A player sent off will take no further part in the festival. Referees will warn players and the player’s coach about persistent foul play before recourse to sending off.

5. Players must wear gum shields. Scrum caps and other protective wear (only IRB approved protection)will be allowed. The referee’s decision will be final.

6. Players must wear RFU compliant studs. In accordance with RFU guidelines, referees will checkplayers’ boots for safety. Players with unsafe studs will be asked to change boots before playing.
